Dr. Karim Hamdy has over 20 years’ experience. His philanthropic works and international accolades include holding the office of an advisory board member in both Lincoln University, UK and Cairo University, Egypt. Also, Karim is a successful, sought-area speaker who has delivered keynotes and presentations across the MENA regions and beyond to corporations, associations, and non-profit organizations.

Karim is the Co- Founder & Executive Board Member of IDL Global – (IDLG) Holding in UK. Also, Karim is the Co-Founder & CEO of the Institute of Innovation and Development (IDL) – MENA region. Also, Karim held various positions as HR & OD Executive Director handling the delivery of all strategic and operational HR services across the multinational groups. Karim held different HR positions with in different territories, which gave him the experience of the start-up, and M&A.

Karim HR achieved different advance certificates from SHRM, CIPD & SHL. Also, Karim completed executive Management programs from London Business School (LBS) such as Young Professional Program, Leadership, Strategy and Advance Finance. Karim holds BSc Degree Faculty of Commerce – Cairo University. Also, Karim holds MBA degree from the Arab Academy of Science & Technology (AAGSB), and Karim is reading his doctorate in Business Administration DBA at the University of Liverpool – UK with the action research based on “How to prepare future leaders?”
