Management Diplomas

The LDPs are part-time programmes offered over 2-12 months. They address the needs of Managers for General Management skills or impact specialized skills/knowledge in a niche area such as Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship or Finance.

Corporate Custom Solutions

Our Custom Programmes are tailor-made programmes for the executives drawn from a single organisation or a consortium to meet their learning and development needs. As the participants for the programme are drawn from a single organisation (most often), it presents an opportunity to deal with the issues in an open and transparent manner with the sole aim of finding a way forward.

Leadership Courses

The SDPs are of 3-5 days duration and address some of the issues facing the industry practitioners and/or based on the research interests of our faculty.

Professional Certified Programs

The participants' diversity in open programmes contributes significantly to cross-learning and provides continuing networking opportunities beyond the classroom. These programmes are held at ID campus (Executive Hub). A certificate of participation will be awarded by ID to participants on successful completion of the programme(s).

Every organization has its unique set of business challenges and developmental needs. We partner with our client organizations to understand these needs and tailor solutions to address the same. The starting point in a custom programme is the requirements study. We engage with the senior leaders from the organisation and few of the participants who are identified to undergo the programme, to draw up the learning needs and objectives of the programmes.

Methodology

IDL offers management education programs in collaboration with the executive education divisions from the top 25 universities and institutions across the world, including UK, USA & Europe.

Partnerships

The partner academic institutions will play a pivotal role in establishing the academic rigor of IDL Executive Hub. Each partner academic & Industry institution will be represented in various Advisory & Steering Committees which will provide strategic planning into the academic matters of the ID Executive Hub.

Executive Programs

The detailed design flows from the learning needs analysis. The various aspects of the custom program – the conceptual frameworks, business cases, assignments, group exercises, role-plays, project work, business simulation games, practitioner/expert/industry connects, pre-dinner talks and social events – are tailored to optimize the learning process, while leveraging the overall capability of the Institute for delivery. The organisation may also opt for action learning projects whereby the participants work on projects identified by the organisation through the course of the programme under the guidance of the ID faculty. Through interaction with the IDL faculty, accomplished peers as well as experts from the field, the participants will gain broader global perspectives and acquire conceptual frameworks that may be put into action and execution. A certificate of participation will be awarded by ID to participants on successful completion of the programme.

IDL shall undertakes and commissions research that is designed to inform, influence and impact the practice of leadership, management, coaching and mentoring. Fundamental to our approach is the requirement to identify opportunities to apply research findings for Industries.
